Don't order vaccines that require to stay cold. They just pack them in a bubble envelope with 1 very small ice pack. Wost packing and care I've ever experienced for a vaccine.

I received wrong vaccines. I received 2 nd 1 vaccine instead of the 3 nd 1 pharmavac pharmaceuticals. I contacted vegas strong bird via email immediately and explained the situation. Purchase was originally done on 02/16/26. I waited for over 2 weeks and nothing was done by Vegas strong bird. Hanniel replied stating that it was true wrong item was sent to me and that a return shipping label was going to be shipped out to me. I never got the shipping label. I never heard from them again. This is what I ordered and was charged for: PHA / PARAMYXOVIRUS,HERPESVIRUS, ADENOVIRUS but I received Rp Vacc instead. I disputed this transaction but the store still applied the charges to my card.

As a dove rescuer this place is awesome. Its impossible to find medicine for quail and pigeons in town, most stores cater to parrots. If you need feed or care for poultry definitely go here, but if youre shopping for a parrot cage, not so much. I think the negative reviews are coming from people who made an assumption that "bird" in "bird supply" caters to their specific type of pet bird needs, when this is a general store for more poultry products. Im very happy with it, definitely stop by!

The name of the store is "Bird Supply" yet the employee had zero knowledge about the 4 brands of bird food they had. The WHOLE store has food for other pets(dogs, cats). Yet, there was a 2 or 3 shelf, 4x4 section, ONLY for bird feed. I did not see toys nor cages for birds. To me, this store is not a BIRD SUPPLY. More like a Walmart section. Walmart has more bird supplies. Guess im sticking to Walmart.
